Instrument Proficiency Checks

As technology progresses, so must a pilot’s knowledge of that technology.  The FAA requires periodic Instrument Proficiency Checks to update aviators on the latest in regulations, instrument procedures and emergency operations.  Third Coast Aviation provides these IPC’s, which include approximately 1.5 hours of flight time and a short ground session.  We follow the Areas of Operations and Tasks listed under the IPC column of the FAA Instrument Practical Test Standards. We can perform the IPC in your aircraft if you like.
